10 DAY KICKSTART

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

3 Day Juice Cleanse Pack: 9 Delicious Cold-Pressed Juices, 3 Loaded Veggie Soups, 3 Glow Bowls, 3 Smoothies and the Juice Cleanse Protocol.
ALL meals and snacks for a full 7 days of clean eating designed for you by our Health Coaches and prepared for you by our Meal Prep Team. Your Health Coach will even have everything planned for you on what you will be eating and when.
A one-on-one session with a Health Coach to help you put a plan into action to continue on your health journey.

SO HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

STEP ONE: PLACE YOUR ORDER.
**IMPORTANT**: If you purchase anytime before Friday at 12pm – you should plan to start your “10 Day Kickstart Program” that following Monday. (Any purchases made after 12pm on Fridays will be pushed to start a week later to allow for proper planning).
- Once you place your order – simply hang tight and you will receive a text/call from us to let you that your juice cleanse is ready for pick-up. We will also guide you from there with a welcome email from your Health Coach.

STEP TWO: PICK UP YOUR JUICE CLEANSE AND PREPARE TO START IT ON MONDAY MORNING.
Starting with a juice cleanse will JUMPSTART this program by kicking sugar cravings to the curb and giving you the BOOST of micronutrients your body is craving instead! This will help improve your digestion, reduce inflammation, and so much more. If you’ve never done a juice cleanse before this is THE PERFECT place to start! The juices are delicious AND you’ll still get to eat (just natures best is all).

STEP THREE: PICK UP YOUR NEXT FEW DAYS OF FRESH FOOD FROM MQT NUTRITION ON WEDNESDAY.
Anytime between 8am-6pm – just show up and we will hand you your box with everything you need for Thursday-Saturday. Don’t worry we will remind you that your food is ready.

STEP FOUR: PICK UP YOUR FINAL 4 DAYS OF FOOD FROM MQT NUTRITION ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY.
